The BoyleSports Coursing Derby takes place at Clonmel Racecourse from January 31st – February 2nd and we can report that Skellig Harbour is continuing to attract support.

Initially installed at 33/1, the son of Skellig Wish, who is trained by Dennis O’Driscoll in Cork, has been all the rage and is now 20/1. Dennis is no stranger to Clonmel having already won the Oaks twice and the Coursing Derby once.

Skellig Harbour is now a five figure loser in the book and continues to attract plenty of support with our traders expecting the 20/1 to dry up sooner rather than later.""

Crushers Oak currently heads the betting at 8/1 with the sponsor’s dog, Ashmore Phantom, priced at 20/1 to keep the prize money with the sponsor.

Crushers Oak has also his supporters and continues to dominate at the head of the betting and remains the second biggest loser in the book having initially been installed at 16/1 when the betting was priced up last year.
