Christmas came early for one lucky BoyleSports customer when their bingo bet, which was a €2 Quick Pick, landed a whopping €100,000.

The lucky numbers on the 5.55 pm Bingo6 draw over the weekend were 4, 8, 12, 23, 24 and 31.
The customer who placed the bet in BoyleSports Kimmage opted to stay anonymous and keep the win private, but they did express their delight to staff.
The lucky local winner said:
“I’m absolutely stunned, and I had to keep checking that I actually won! I regularly play Bingo6 in Boylesports Kimmage as it’s my local store and the staff are great in there. While I’ve had some small wins over the years, I’ve obviously never struck it this big. It’s come at the perfect time and the whole family are going to have a fantastic Christmas.”
When asked what he’d spend the money on, he commented:
“I’d love a holiday but I work in construction and I’m too busy at the moment but maybe in the New Year, I’d love to go to South America. First and foremost though, I’ll be enjoying Christmas and looking after my sister.”
