A punter in County Tyrone has kicked off their year in style by pocketing a tidy four-figure sum from a Lotto flutter at the weekend.
The anonymous customer placed a £20 bet online with BoyleSports picking numbers 1, 6, and 18 to be revealed during Saturday evening’s main Irish Lotto draw.
There was a nail-biting finish when two of the numbers rolled within the main six, leaving the wager hanging on the bonus ball. But when number 1 dropped out to complete the draw, odds of 375/1 had been smashed.
