Team Europe
Europe are 11/8 with BOYLE Sports in the Ryder Cup 2025 odds after captain Luke Donald kept faith with some familiar faces when naming his wild card picks for Bethpage in New York.
Jon Rahm, Shane Lowry, Viktor Hovland, Ludvig Aberg, Matt Fitzpatrick and Sepp Straka joined automatic qualifiers Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Rose, Bob MacIntyre and Tyrrell Hatton in retaining their places from two years ago.
The only change to the team which triumphed by five points in Rome is Rasmus Hojgaard, who has replaced his twin brother Nicolai.
However, Donald declared, “Just because we have a very similar team doesn’t mean we are going to roll out the same pairings or the same line-up in foursomes and four-balls.
“This isn’t certainly a question of rinse and repeat from Rome. I think over a two-year period, these players do change, their profiles change, and we’ll adapt to that."
Team USA
USA Bounce Back On The Cards
The USA are favourites at 8/11 to bounce back and secure a third straight home success, with a tie quoted at 12/1 for the biennial event, which takes place from September 25-28.

Europe made it seven straight wins on home turf when powering to a 16.5-11.5 triumph in Italy, but their recent record across the Atlantic is far less impressive.
America romped to a 19-9 rout in Wisconsin in 2021 and were 17-11 victors in Minnesota in 2016.
Top European Scorer
Top European Points Scorer Odds
Masters champion McIlroy is 5/1 joint favourite with LIV golfer Rahm to be the leading scorer for the visitors.
McIlroy topped the European table in 2023 when picking up four points out of a possible five, while Rahm managed to shine in America's 2021 romp by personally posting three wins and a tie.
Newly-crowned FedEx Cup winner Fleetwood is next best on 6/1 after winning three of his four matches in Rome, with Aberg available at 7/1, Hovland 8/1 and Hatton 9/1.
The atmosphere at Bethpage has long been a topic for discussion, with New Yorkers expected to bring a different level of hostility to the contest.
Jon Rahm
Rahm Ready For Challenge
Rahm, however, is ready for whatever that entails as he prepares for his fourth Ryder Cup appearance.
The Spaniard said, “I’m not going to lie and say that I’ve been perfect with handling my emotions with the crowds in the past, but I think the more I’ve experienced, not only in the Ryder Cup but in regular events, the better I understand how to handle things.
“Ninety-five per cent of the fans out there want me to lose, and they are going to try their hardest to cheer against us and say things we don’t like.
“But at the same time, there are some creative people out there that are fun, and if you can use some of the funny things they say – though they can be hurtful – in a good way, you can almost use that energy to help you out.”
