Rose Ayling-Ellis has grabbed a stranglehold on favouritism for the Strictly Come Dancing glitterball after wowing the judges with an impressive performance at the weekend.
The EastEnders actress performed to Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shivers’ on Halloween weekend and had nothing to fear from the judges after her Tango received the first perfect score of 40 of the series.
Rose went into the weekend as the 4/6 favourite and was closely followed in the betting by John Whaite at 7/2,
Former Bake Off winner Whaite has now been eased to 6/1.
Adam Peaty has been pushed all the way out to 66/1 from 12/1 after he survived the dance-off with Judi Love, leaving only Sara Davies (100/1) behind him as a least likely winner.
