A County Cork native wiped away any Monday blues in style this week after scoring a four-figure bonus at lunchtime thanks to some lucky numbers.
The anonymous punter struck the bets in a BoyleSports shop in the county on Monday afternoon for the Main Daily Millions draw taking place at 1.50pm.
They were waiting on numbers 3, 19, 22 and 26 all to land and that’s exactly what happened against odds of 3,750/1.
The winning bets came from two €1.50 stakes totalling just €3, but that was enough to see them walk out with a satisfying total €6,190.50 for their afternoon’s work.
