Nottingham Forest’s revival under Sean Dyche has seen their Premier League relegation odds drift to 8/1, with bottom-two Wolves and Burnley looking increasingly doomed.

Forest were 18th and without a win in eight matches when Dyche was appointed their third manager of the season in October. Under the former Everton boss, Forest have been a team reborn, winning seven of 12 domestic and European matches while losing only three times.

Sunday’s impressive 3-0 demolition of Spurs may have only left them 16th, but they are now five points above the relegation zone and only five off the top 10. Forest are also just four points behind Tottenham , whose manager Thomas Frank is starting to feel the heat.

Who Will Finish Higher?

Tottenham

Could Tottenham Tumble Further?

The Europa League winner s finished a sorry 17th last term under Ange Postecoglou and, after winning just one of their last seven league games, are now 40/1 to end this season in the bottom three. Two down, one to go?

Two of the three relegation spots are starting to look more and more settled as the weeks go by.

Wolves

Winless Wolves

Winless Wolves are eight points adrift of the rest of the division after suffering a ninth successive defeat at the weekend, going down 2-1 in a battling but ultimately fruitless encounter with Arsenal .

Rob Edwards’ side are 1/80 to escape the drop, but their more realistic goal is to pass the 11-point mark, which would see them avoid replacing Derby as the Premier League’s all-time worst team.

Will Wolves Beat Derby's Tally?

Burnley

Burnley Struggling

Burnley also appear set for an immediate return to the Championship. Scott Parker’s troops have put up a good fight in almost all of their matches, but 12 defeats in 16 games has left them six points behind 17th-placed Leeds, and the Clarets are 1/14 to go down.

Who can feel safe in a congested table? The battle to avoid the other relegation place could be a close contest.

Leeds A Value Bet?

West Ham occupy 18th spot, three points behind Leeds , after a defeat at home to Aston Villa left them without a win in five, and they are 5/6 to be in the Championship next season. Above the Hammers , there are six points separating 17th-placed Leeds from Spurs in 11th, while fifth-placed Palace are only four points further ahead.

Championship winners Leeds are 2/1 to go straight back down, while London rivals Fulham (14/1) an d Brentford (16/1) are also finding themselves in the relegation mix.
