Binface Backed at Bookies to Win Count in Clacton

Nigelfarage brexit

Odds Slashed from 250/1 to 9/2 on Nigel Farage Upset

The odds on Count Binface causing a major political upset in the upcoming Clacton by-election have been slashed dramatically after Nigel Farage put his seat in Parliament to the voters.

The by-election was triggered by Farage’s resignation as an MP on Tuesday, but with major parties opting not to field candidates, the race has taken an unexpected twist.

Count Binface, who was initially priced as a 250/1 outsider by bookie BOYLE Sports shortly after the Reform UK leader set the wheels in motion, has seen his odds tumble, and he is now just a 9/2 shot to pull off a shock victory.

Famed for his trademark tongue-in-cheek policies, Binface has positioned himself as a unity candidate and has pledged to build at least one affordable house if he wins.

The quirky contender recently secured 95 votes in the Makerfield by-election won by Labour’s Andy Burnham, where his manifesto included capping the price of a 99 Flake ice-cream at 99p.

Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BOYLE Sports, said:

“The absence of major party candidates has opened up the possibility of a two-horse race in Clacton, and punters no longer believe the prospect of Count Binface MP is complete rubbish. We’ve seen much bigger odds than 9/2 trashed in the past, so plenty are of the view that Farage could soon be taking out the political garbage.”
