Poland’s Form 

Poland qualified for Euro 2024 following their playoff Group A victory, when they demolished Estonia 5-1 in the Semi-Final before overcoming Wales 4-5 on penalties following a 0-0 draw in the final. However, they were lucky to have had the playoffs after placing third in their original qualifying group behind the Czech Republic and Albania.

Following their playoff successes over Estonia and Wales respectively their form has shown signs of picking up momentum ahead of Euro 2024. During their pre-tournament friendlies, they won two from two matches first 3-1 against Ukraine and then 2-1 against Turkey, albeit both came under home comforts.

Poland has been managed by Michał Probierz since he was appointed on the 20th of September 2023. During qualifying the Poles experimented with several formations from 4-2-3-1 to 4-3-3 there was a clear desire to try and find something that clicked. Eventually settling on a 3-5-2 in the back end of 2023 and the start of 2024. Piotr Zielinski - Poland

In the absence of Lewandowski who missed the first g (3roup game through injury along with Matty Cash who was also ruled out of the tournament for Poland. While this is far from a vintage Dutch side, they still have quality players from back to front at their disposal.
