Manchester City remained on course for an unprecedented quadruple after comfortably seeing off Cardiff City in their FA Cup tie on Sunday.
The 2-0 victory saw Pep Guardiola’s side backed into 16/1 from 22/1 for a clean sweep of trophies this season as they are now favourites to win all three domestic trophies as well as the Champions League.
With the Premier League title all but secured, City are 3/10 to bag the first silverware of the season in a month’s time when they face Arsenal in the Carabao Cup Final, while they are 9/4 to be lifting the FA Cup at Wembley in May.
The 3/1 Champions League favourites renew their bid to reach the final in Kiev with a trip to Switzerland to face Basel in February, with PSG and Bayern Munich their nearest rivals in the betting at 5/1.
Lawrence Lyons, Spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “It may be a long way off but the odds on Man City winning the lot this season are getting smaller and smaller as the weeks go by, so it’s beginning to threaten us with a significant payout come May.”
He added: “We’re down to the last 16 in the FA Cup and Liverpool’s shock exit means Man City are now clear favourites at 9/4 ahead of their local rivals. Given the amount of bets they’re attracting and the way they’re playing we can’t take any chances.”
