Christian McCaffrey is always hungry for rushing touchdowns and the 49ers are fancied to simply overwhelm the Cardinals , who upset the LA Chargers in Week 1 but soon had their bubble burst via a 31-7 thrashing by Seattle in Arizona .
Broncos vs Rams

Denver bounced back from a mauling at Kansas City to beat Jacksonville 20-13 on home turf, getting going just in time to overcome another slow start, but the Broncos will have to step up to a much higher level to match this weekend’s opponents.
The Rams put a poor Melbourne performance against San Francisco firmly behind them by routing the New York Giants in Los Angeles to re-establish themselves as favourites for Super Bowl glory this season.
Losing major off-season signing Myles Garrett to injury is a setback on defence, but Sean McVay’s much-vaunted offence found a nice rhythm against the Giants in all departments and could be boosted even further by the return of wide receiver Puka Nacua.
