Tottenham may have staged a superb second-half recovery to snatch a point from Manchester City , but Thomas Frank remains the clear favourite in the next Premier League manager to leave their post odds. The Dane is 10/11 with BOYLE Sports to become the seventh permanent top-flight boss to move on since August amid a difficult first season at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Thomas Frank
Frank has struggled to replicate the success he enjoyed at Brentford , and although Sunday’s 2-2 home draw with title-chasing City - having trailed 2-0 at half-time - was a much-needed boost, it still left Spurs 14th in the table and just nine points above the relegation zone.
One thing that is earning Frank credit in the bank is Spurs ’ European form. The Europa League holders finished the Champions League l eague phase in fourth place after winning five of their eight matches, with their only loss coming at holders Paris St Germain.
Frank said after the City draw: “I prefer it going more smoothly, I think that is fair to say, but this is football. “In this spell, I think we have done more good things than bad things, but not enough performances have turned into results. Now I am happy we have four decent performances and are unbeaten.”
Other Contenders
Glasner To Fly Eagles Nest?
Arne Slot is the second-favourite to be the next Premier League boss to be out of work, with the Dutchman 3/1 to part company with Liverpool . Like Spurs , Liverpool have shone brightest in Europe - finishing third in the Champions League standings - but have found Premier League life much less comfortable.
A run of six defeats in seven matches earlier in the season pretty much torpedoed the Reds’ title defence, while shock drubbings by Nottingham Forest and PSV in November, along with a falling-out with star man Mohamed Salah , created further ripples. Liverpool have recovered since then, losing just once in their last 16 matches, but they have dropped to sixth in the Premier League a fter picking up just seven points from a possible 18 in 2026.
Crystal Palace supremo Oliver Glasner is 7/2 to be the next manager to go, and is an interesting one. The Austrian has already confirmed he will be leaving Selhurst Park in the summer, but, with Palace winless in 12 games, losing their leading players and Glasner coming out against his bosses, could the FA Cup winner sever ties earlier?
Outside Bets
Who Else?
No manager to leave is 10/1, while Pep Guardiola i s next at 16/1. The former Barcelona coach’s long-term future at the Etihad has been a source of speculation for several years now and remains a hot topic. Guardiola , who joined from Bayern Munich in 2016, is under contract until 2027, but his decade in the hotseat is already the longest tenure of his coaching career by some distance, and he could be ready for a fresh start.
Sean Dyche is 20/1 to depart Nottingham Forest next, while one of his recent predecessors at the City Ground, Nuno Espirito Santo , is 22/1 to exit West Ham before any other managerial change.
