Monkfish was a brilliant winner of the Grade One Novice Chase at Leopardstown on Tuesday afternoon and has now been trimmed to win the RSA Chase at Cheltenham.

This Willie Mullins trained son of Stowaway battled it out with Latest Exhibition, just like the pair did back in March in the Albert Bartlett but history repeated itself as Monkfish was three lengths too good at the finish.

He is now 2/1 from 5/2 to win the RSA Chase while Latest Exhibition is 8/1 from 14/1.""

Concertista gave trainer Willie Mullins and jockey Paul Townend another victory to add to their tally on day four of the Christmas Festival at Leopardstown by winning the Grade Three Mares’ Hurdle by 6½ lengths.

This daughter of Nathaniel justified her short odds of 4/5 by beating Minella Melody and has now been trimmed into 3/1 from 4/1 to win the Mares’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival next March.
