A BOYLE Sports customer in County Down is celebrating a miracle double windfall after defying the odds to win £24,000 not once, but twice – by backing the exact same Lotto numbers on two separate occasions.
Fortune was already shining on the anonymous winner when they landed £24,000 profit from a £20 wager with BOYLE Sports that numbers 5, 23 and 31 would roll out in the French Lotto draw on January 5th.
But not happy with smashing odds of 1,200/1 just once, the punter must have thought their luck was well and truly in when they attempted to extend their winning streak by backing the exact same numbers in Wednesday’s French Lotto draw this week.
And a sensational repeat win was in store as the three numbers dropped out again, adding another £24,000 profit to their January coffers and taking their total haul to £48,000.
