Liverpool’s chances of finishing in the top four in this season’s Premier League are now at their lowest ever odds after they hit David Moyes’ West Ham side for four on Saturday.
The win saw Klopp’s men jump up to second place in the table and they are now heavy odds-on shots at 1/8 to secure a Champions League spot this season. They have also closed in from 15/8 to 11/8 joint favourites alongside Manchester United to finish top of the league when you take runaway leaders Manchester City out of the equation.
Tottenham are 5/1 in the betting without Manchester City, while Chelsea have drifted to 9/1 from 6/1 ahead of their trip to Old Trafford as a defeat would leave them six points adrift of second place.
Chelsea are now also in danger of missing out on the top four and their odds have drifted out to 5/6 having been red hot at 2/5 at the start of the week.
...and the betting suggests that Chelsea and Arsenal are the ones who need to be worried as they’ve fallen behind the rest in the race for the top four spots.
