It is week three in Spain and we've got a near-23/1 acca for the four games we've selected in our LaLiga betting tips. The BOYLE Sports mantra is Back Yourself when it comes to having a wager but hopefully there will be some useful pointers for punters to consider.
LaLiga Betting Tips
Atletico Madrid to Win at Alaves
Atletico Madrid to Win at Alaves at 4/5
Atletico have had a poor start to the season, losing at Espanyol and drawing at home with Elche, and they already find themselves five points behind supposed title rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid after just two rounds. With that in mind, this weekend's trip to Alaves is already looking something akin to a must-win game and we think Diego Simeone's men will do just that.
Who Will Win La Liga 2025/26?
The bad news for Atletico is they don't have the best of records at the Mendizorroza, picking up just one point from their last three visits there, but the Rojiblancos know victories are vital now and can be backed at 4/5 to return with the spoils.
Villarreal to Draw at Celta Vigo
Villarreal to Draw at Celta Vigo at 13/5
Villarreal's impressive winning streak in LaLiga has to come to an end at some point and we think it could happen at Balaidos this weekend. We've backed Villarreal for victories during the opening two rounds and they have delivered, making it eight successive league wins stretching back to last season, and the table toppers can be backed at 11/8 to extend that run.
However, their recent record at Celta isn't great, returning winless since 2021 while losing 3-0 last season and 3-2 the year before - albeit when having men sent off in the first halves of both defeats - and we think the Yellow Submarine may have to settle for a draw this time at 13/5.
Valencia to Beat Getafe
Valencia to Beat Getafe at 11/10
Getafe have enjoyed a flying start to the season with victories at Celta Vigo and Sevilla, leaving them with a maximum points haul, and they are 11/4 to make it hat-trick of away wins on Friday. However, we think Valencia could come out on top and kickstart their season after drawing with Real Sociedad and losing to Osasuna, where Los Che played with a man less from the 22nd minute following Jose Gaya's red card.
Valencia have won this fixture the last four seasons and have not lost at home to Getafe since 2014 and we think Carlos Corberan's men will add another victory to that sequence at odds of 11/10.
Real Madrid HT/FT Against Real Mallorca
Real Madrid HT/FT Against Real Mallorca at 8/11
Real Madrid's first home match under new boss Xabi Alonso was a less-than-inspiring 1-0 win over Osasuna, secured with a second-half Kylian Mbappe penalty. But we think they will be eager to put on a much better show in front of their expectant fans against Real Mallorca and are backing them to dominate the islanders once again.
History is certainty against Mallorca. They have lost on each of their last nine visits to the Bernabeu stretching back to 2009 and among those defeats are scorelines of 6-1, 4-1 (twice) and 5-2, so we're backing Madrid to win both halves at 8/11.
