It was expected to be a close semi-final clash between Tipperary and Cork but Tipp shone through and secured an impressive ten point victory over the Rebels.

Tipperary will now have to prepare to take on the mighty Cats in the final on the 7th September.

Kilkenny are looking to claim their whopping 35th All-Ireland Hurling Senior Championship title and are 8/11 to do so.""

It’s been four years since Tipp had their hands on the Liam McCarthy cup but they are even money to end the drought this year.

Kilkenny are the favourites to clinch the match in Croke Park and sail to victory with Boylesports offering odds of 4/5.

The final has resulted in a replay for two consecutive years but with the draw at 9/1, we expect it could be decided in 70 minutes. Tipperary were underdogs against Cork and will once again be underdogs going into the final priced at 5/4.
