It was another dramatic night in Premier League Darts, with the 2022 Masters winner Joe Cullen finally snatching his first win in Rotterdam.
Cullen was crowned the sixth winner of the evening on Night 7 and the victory was badly needed as the ‘Rockstar’ sat at the bottom of the table.
BoyleSports cut him into 11/1 from 20/1 after he beat Michael van Gerwen, who remains the favourite after making another final and is now 9/4 from 5/2.
All four quarter-finals went right down to the wire with 6-5 recorded in all matches. Peter Wright narrowly got the better of James Wade and is 10/3 from 7/2 in the outright, while ‘The Machine’ is the 20/1 outsider from 16/1.
Only Wade and Michael Smith are without a win in the Premier League now with the Bully Boy eased out to 9/1 from 6/1.
It was a first all-Welsh affair between Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton in their quarter-final. ‘The Iceman’ missed a match dart for the win but he remains 4/1 in the outright as he continues to recover from his hand injury. ‘The Ferret’ Clayton is 11/2 from 6/1.
