The William Haggas-trained eight-year-old makes his first appearance on British soil this year and can secure victory in the Group Three Geoffrey Freer Stakes . This evergreen veteran has tasted success around the globe, earning his connections over £5.4million in prize money , with multiple Pattern victories in Australia and France among his eight stakes triumphs.
He was last seen Down Under trying to regain his Group One Tancred Stakes and Queen Elizabeth Stakes crowns in the spring, finishing a close second and then fourth in those hot contests. Dubai Honour has two domestic Listed successes , albeit on the all-weather, and is expected to benefit from tackling in excess of a mile and a half for the first time.

Clive Cox ’s three-year-old has shown he can mix it with the best sprinters this season and will now get a useful 6lb weight allowance from his older rivals for the Group Two Hungerford Stakes when he tries seven furlongs for the first time.
Coppull took the Commonwealth Cup Trial in May before coming home a respectable eighth of 22 in the Royal Ascot Group One a month later and then ran a fine fourth at Newmarket in the July Cup , only a length and a half behind winner Comanche Brave . Although up in trip, he has hit the line hard on each occasion this campaign and this could be just the ticket for a horse who is still on an upward curve.

Richard Hannon ’s five-year-old opened up this term with Cammidge Trophy glory in March before performing with credit in Group company on his next couple of starts. The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot proved a step too far but a 56-day break will see the son of Blue Point fresh for a tilt at winning the £100,000 Great St Wilfrid Handicap - and giving weight away to lesser rivals may just suit him.
