We’re going Flat out for winners with this Saturday’s ITV racing tips from Doncaster and Kempton.

Turf racing returns to the level on Town Moor, including the prestigious Lincoln handicap and Brocklesby Stakes for precocious juveniles, while Kempton provides a strong supporting card on the all-weather.

DONCASTER 13:20 – BLIXEN FORCE

Ambitious owners Amo Racing love to target leading early two-year-old events, and this £110,000 purchase can follow in the hoofprints of his sire Persian Force, who made his own racecourse debut when winning the Brocklesby in 2022.

DONCASTER 13:50 – MONTASSIB

This popular sprinter bids to regain the Cammidge Trophy he claimed in 2024 and is expected to start this season fit, fresh and raring to go after only having three outings during a delayed 2025 campaign.

DONCASTER 14:25 – DESPERATE DAN

Peter Chapple-Hyam’s Dandy Man gelding signed off last season with a nice October triumph on Town Moor, and the strength of that race makes a 4lb uplift seem manageable.

DONCASTER 14:57 – DOCKLANDS

Harry Eustace’s six-year-old famously beat Rosallion by a nose in the Queen Anne last term and was not disgraced in subsequent efforts at elite level at Goodwood, Deauville and Ascot before heading overseas.

He ran a blinder to finish fourth in the Hong Kong Mile and dropping down to Listed class for his seasonal reappearance in the Doncaster Mile opens the door for a confidence-boosting success before moving back up in grade.

Docklands has been rerouted here from the Dubai Turf due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East, and Eustace said of his admirable stable flagbearer: “He’s very well.”

KEMPTON 15:13 – CATHEDRAL

Hasn’t won since a successful debut on sand at Lingfield 18 months ago but boasts some cracking form in top-class company.

That includes a trio of rock-solid fourth-placed efforts in Group One events – the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot, the Matron Stakes at Leopardstown and the Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Turf at Del Mar.

With Kevin Philippart De Foy’s horses in decent form, it will be frustrating if Cathedral doesn’t find the Listed Snowdrop Fillies’ Stakes within her compass.

DONCASTER 15:32 – ETERNAL FORCE (NAP)

William Haggas has won the Lincoln a record five times following last year’s success with Godwinson and looks worth sticking with again this season.

Eternal Force completed a hat-trick at Redcar, Newbury and Haydock after being gelded last summer, and despite returning to action on an 8lb higher mark, the son of Dubawi has enough scope to still be one step ahead of the handicapper.
