We’ve got a nice mixture of ITV racing tips for Saturday , as the final big meeting of Britain’s Flat turf season at Doncaster is teamed up with top-class jumps action from Aintree .
The November Handicap on Town Moor is always a strong betting heat, while the National Hunt fare in Liverpool features a couple of fascinating Grade Two events.

The Grade Two Molyneux Hurdle has attracted a small but select field following a switch of venues from Wincanton due to fast ground down south. Among the five entries are Joe Tizzard’s Champion Hurdle fourth Alexei , Supreme Novices’ Hurdle third Mydaddypaddy from Dan Skelton’s yard and Gordon Elliott sends over an intriguing Irish raider in four-year-old filly Mange Tout , a Grade One scorer at this venue last term.
In receipt of age and sex allowances, the last named very nearly got the vote, but the rude health of the Tizzard stable tilted the scales back in Alexei’s favour. The six-year-old bolted up at Ascot 12 months ago and then won the Greatwood at Cheltenham before going close behind Wilful , who was receiving 12lb and later won the County Hurdle in March.
After prevailing in the Kingwell Hurdle , Alexei was not disgraced behind Lossiemouth at the Festival , when bar a mistake at the last he could have been second, before finishing off a long, hard campaign with a fair third to Brighterdaysahead here in April . Tizzard thinks his gelding has improved over a summer break and, despite giving weight away all round, it is the others who need to up their game to beat him.

14:10 DONCASTER – COUL ANGEL @ 4/1
Mick Appleby’s four-year-old gelding has been in grand spirits in handicaps this term and after picking up valuable wins at the Curragh and York , he deserves a crack at Listed company in the Wentworth Stakes.
14:25 Aintree Tip
14:25 AINTREE – TALK TO THE MAN @ 5/4
Paul Nicholls’ great hope No Drama This End reappears in the Boodles Rising Stars Novices’ Chase, but starting life over fences in a Grade Two will not be easy after flopping at Cheltenham and then having to go all out to win at Perth on his final start over hurdles.
On his stable debut for the Skeltons , former Ditcheat inmate Talk To The Man looked a natural when trying bigger obstacles for the first time at Worcester and could put that fitness edge to good use to haunt his old handler Nicholls here.

15:25 DONCASTER – NOBODY KNOWS @ 3/1
Richard Hughes’ charge has plenty going for him in the November Handicap and connections have been dying to step him up in trip. Nobody Knows has crept in at the bottom of the weights, Ryan Moore has been booked all week, he has hardly run all summer because he needs soft ground and as the only three-year-old in the race he has much more scope for improvement than his market rivals.
