The sponsors donated £10,000 to Parkinson's UK last year after enhancing the total raised following a week of stellar darts at the 2021 BoyleSports World Grand Prix.
BoyleSports are the title sponsor for the famous double-start tournament, which was won last year by Jonny Clayton.
The Welshman boosted the pot by £1,000 after hitting two of the twelve full houses during the seven nights of action, meaning a total of £6,000 had been raised by the time he hit double top to see off compatriot Gerwyn Price in the final.
But BoyleSports announced afterwards they would boost the pot further, taking the total donation to £10,000.
Leon Blanche, Head of Communications for BoyleSports, said: “Many of us know someone affected by Parkinson’s and we are pleased to champion a charity close to so many people’s hearts.
"With the likes of defending champion Jonny Clayton, Gerwyn Price and Michael van Gerwen taking part, we are certain we’ll see the full house landing throughout the week and we’ll be cheering on each and every one knowing that it will support such a worthy cause.”

Parkinson's UK is a former charity partner of the PDC and former Sky Sports darts presenter Dave Clark is a celebrity supporter of the organisation.
He said: “A big thank you to BoyleSports for once again supporting Parkinson’s UK, a cause that is close to my heart.
"I’ve been living with Parkinson’s for 11 years now. It’s not always been easy, it’s a relentless and unpredictable condition, but I’m determined to stay positive and live the best possible life I can.
"There are around 145,000 people in the UK who like me, face the daily challenges that Parkinson’s can throw at you – so finding new and better treatments just can’t wait.
“Parkinson's UK have made huge breakthroughs in the last 50 years, but there is still no cure and current treatments are not good enough, and the money raised during the BoyleSports World Grand Prix will help drive that forward and make a big difference to everyone living with Parkinson's.”
