Arsenal are the early Premier League outright favourites at 6/4 with BOYLE Sports to win back-to-back titles next season as they look to take advantage of major managerial reshuffles among their chief rivals.
Here, we assess the chances of the Gunners and those of their main challengers:
Arsenal
Arsenal @ 6/4
The Gunners , who kick off the season at home to Championship winners Coventry , ended a 22-year wait to be crowned champions of England in May after holding their nerve in the run-in to finish seven points clear of runners-up Manchester City. Arsenal also reached the Champions League final, losing on penalties to Paris St Germain, and a settled squad will now seek to push on under Mikel Arteta , who is about to embark on his seventh full season in the Emirates hotseat.
That longevity is in stark contrast to many of the Premier League’s would-be contenders heading into the new season, with City , Liverpool and Chelsea among the clubs under new management while Manchester United have turned Michael Carrick’s interim stint into a permanent one.
Manchester City
Manchester City @ 11/4
City will be searching for a ninth Premier League crown in 16 years but the departures of record-breaking boss Pep Guardiola and stalwarts such as Bernardo Silva and John Stones means there are question marks against the Etihad outfit.
The fixture scheduling has been fairly kind with games against Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Coventry and Sunderland in the opening two months, with their biggest test the Manchester derby at Old Trafford in mid-September.
Liverpool
Liverpool @ 5/1
Liverpool’s miserable title defence last season and failure to progress beyond the quarter-finals of any cup competition ended up costing Arne Slot his job just one season after leading the Reds to the championship. Taking the Dutchman’s place on the bench is Andoni Iraola, who performed heroics at Bournemouth but now faces a very different set of challenges at one of Europe’s most high-profile clubs.
However, the teething issues an expensively-assembled squad had last season should have been ironed out and although the impressive Hugo Ekitike may not return before Christmas, the Reds will hope to have record signing Alexander Isak fit and firing after the World Cup. Liverpool seem certain to be back up there challenging again and head to Newcastle on the opening day.

Manchester United
Manchester United @ 6/1
United have not been champions since 2013 but showed good signs of progress under Carrick to finish third last season , albeit 14 points adrift of the Gunners. The Red Devils go to Championship play-off winners Hull first up and are then at home to promoted Ipswich before a home Manchester derby sandwiches tricky trips to Everton and Fulham .
Chelsea
Chelsea 10/1
Blues fans will be hoping former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso will provide some stability after seeing their club go through a dozen different managers over the last decade, and his CV suggests Chelsea may have struck gold.
The 44-year-old enjoyed a glittering playing career, winning the World Cup, European Championship and Champions League among a host of other titles, and his coaching career looks to be going the same way. He made history after leading Bayer Leverkusen to the league and cup double in Germany , while he had over a 70% win record at Real Madrid before they decided to part ways six months into his tenure in January. Alonso's first league game in a West London derby at Fulham.
