David Raya is again set to be the man to catch in the race to win the 2026-27 Premier League Golden Glove , an award given for the most clean sheets .
The Arsenal keeper has won the prize in each of the past three years - sharing the award with Matz Sels of Nottingham Forest in 2025 - and he is outright favourite to add a fourth success in the upcoming campaign.
However, the likes of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Emiliano Martinez and two-time winner Alisson Becker will be aiming to supplant the Spanish ace.
Here we take a look at the leading candidates to claim this season's Golden Glove .
David Raya
DAVID RAYA (ARSENAL) @ 11/10
Raya may not have been Spain ’s number one for this summer's World Cup triumph but he has been the Premier League’s top stopper since 2023 .
The 30-year-old conceded only 26 goals in 37 appearances while keeping 19 clean sheets last season to help Arsenal win their first Premier League title since 2004 . It was the third time Raya had won the Golden Glove , following on from 2023/24 (17 clean sheets), and then sharing it with Sels in 2024-25 after both recorded a record-low of 13 shut-outs.
Part of a miserly Arsenal defence which has only conceded 90 goals in the last three league seasons, Raya is favourite to claim the Golden Glove once again and join Petr Cech and Joe Hart as the only four-time winners.
Gianluigi Donnarumma
GIANLUIGI DONNARUMMA (MAN CITY) @ 2/1
Donnarumma was second in the running last season, keeping 15 clean sheets in 34 games in what was his first experience of Premier League football.
Manchester City ’s defensive issues, which saw the likes of John Stones, Ruben Dias and Josko Gvardiol sidelined by injuries, wouldn't have helped the Italy great but he will hope for a more settled backline this season under compatriot Enzo Maresca .
The 27-year-old was named Goalkeeper of the Year on numerous occasions during his time at AC Milan and Paris St Germain and is the reigning Best FIFA Goalkeeper , so don’t be surprised to see him in the running for the top Premier League award as well.
Alisson Becker
ALISSON BECKER (LIVERPOOL) @ 7/2
Alisson has already won the Golden Glove twice , outright in 2018-19 before sharing the award with Brazilian compatriot Ederson in 2021-22.
He was also runner-up to David De Gea in 2022-23 but the 33-year-old was barely in the picture last season as Liverpool suffered a nightmare title defence, with 11 goalkeepers recording more top-flight clean sheets than Alisson 's eight.
However, due to injury and squad rotation he shared goalkeeping duties at Anfield - Giorgi Mamardashvili started 20 matches in all competitions, including 10 in the Premier League - and it remains to be seen how much time he will get under new Reds boss Andoni Iraola .
Senne Lammens
SENNE LAMMENS (MAN UTD) @ 12/1
Lammens enjoyed a hugely promising debut campaign in England as Manchester United finally looked to have solved their long-standing goalkeeping headache.
The 24-year-old former Royal Antwerp custodian kept eight clean sheets in 32 games to help United finish third and seal a return to the Champions League .
Lammens found himself in the firing line following a costly mistake for Belgium at the World Cup but he will look to put that behind him and help United continue their revival under Michael Carrick .
