Another memorable Premier League campaign has come to an end with Arsenal being crowned champions and West Ham suffering relegation.

While players from Arsenal and Manchester City dominate our Premier League team of the season, there have been plenty of fine individual performances.

Here, BOYLE Sports picks out 11 players who have impressed over the 2025-26 season.

Team of the Season

Premier League Team of the Season

David Raya

GOALKEEPER: DAVID RAYA (ARSENAL)

Raya has claimed the Premier League Golden Glove award for a third consecutive campaign, with 19 clean sheets heading into Sunday's final game.

The Spain international has produced a string of top-drawer saves – perhaps none more crucial then when denying West Ham forward Mateus Fernandes from point-blank range during the second half at the London Stadium before Arsenal went on to close out a controversial, but decisive, 1-0 win on their way to sealing the title.

Jurrien Timber

DEFENDER: JURRIEN TIMBER (ARSENAL)

The Netherlands international may have missed the run-in with a complicated groin issue, but the right-back's contributions throughout the campaign helped lay down the foundations for Arsenal's title push and drive to the Champions League final.

Tough in the tackle and able to slot in across the defensive line, Timber also provided a threat from set-pieces which proved so productive for the Gunners this season.

Gabriel Magalhaes

DEFENDER: GABRIEL MAGALHAES (ARSENAL)

Another key man in Arsenal's defence, Brazil centre-back Gabriel has brought an imposing physical presence which has seen him shackle the majority of forwards he came up against in their individual battles.

Gabriel has also made the most of his aerial dominance in the opposition's six-yard box, with four goals in all competitions.

Ruben Dias

DEFENDER: RUBEN DIAS (MAN CITY)

The Portugal international also saw some of his campaign disrupted by injury, but his return to the City line-up proved timely as Pep Guardiola's men looked to chase down Arsenal.

As cool on the ball as he is off it, Dias proved a vital link as City made a swift transition from defence to their ruthless attack.

Nico O'Reilly

NICO O'REILLY (MAN CITY)

The 21-year-old academy graduate has been one of the stars of City’s campaign, first establishing himself as a member of the back four before being handed opportunities in his more natural midfield position.

He has made 34 appearances, contributing five goals and three assists, and has been named in England's World Cup squad.

Declan Rice

MIDFIELDER: DECLAN RICE (ARSENAL)

Midfielder Rice has been the driving force at the heart of the Arsenal side, proving both a defensive anchor as well as being able to push on into a more advanced role.

Rice's work-rate box-to-box in possession recovery has been exemplary, with his free-kicks also providing another valuable asset as the Gunners got the job 'done'.

Bruno Fernandes

MIDFIELDER: BRUNO FERNANDES (MAN UTD)

The Portugal playmaker leads the way with a record-equalling 20 Premier League assists, and has scored eight goals, as Manchester United rose to third to qualify for the Champions League again.

The United captain was voted men's Footballer of the Year by the Football Writers' Association and is expected to remain a key player for whoever takes charge at Old Trafford next season.

Antoine Semenyo

MIDFIELDER: ANTOINE SEMENYO (MAN CITY)

French playmaker Rayan Cherki has enjoyed a standout debut campaign for City but we have opted for his team-mate Semenyo.

The Ghana international netted 10 times when impressing for Bournemouth before heading to the Etihad Stadium in January, continuing his fine form by producing another seven strikes which saw him finish the league's third-top scorer.

Morgan Rogers

MIDFIELDER: MORGAN ROGERS (ASTON VILLA)

Often utilised as support for Villa's lead striker Ollie Watkins, it has been another impressive campaign for the hard-working Rogers, with 10 goals and six assists in the Premier League.

The 23-year-old has also played a central role in driving Villa on to Europa League success, scoring in the final and being named player of the tournament by UEFA.

Erling Haaland

STRIKER: ERLING HAALAND (MAN CITY)

Norway forward Haaland has continued his fine scoring form, having become the fastest player to reach a century of Premier League goals in December.

With his season tally at 27 in the league, Haaland is closing in on another Golden Boot, albeit not enough to secure City the title again.

Igor Thiago

STRIKER: IGOR THIAGO (BRENTFORD)

Rewarded for an outstanding campaign by being named in Brazil's World Cup squad.

Having joined the Bees in a club-record £30million deal from Belgian side Club Brugge in 2024, he missed most of last term due to injury but has responded in stunning fashion, scoring 22 league goals to become the club's all-time leading scorer in a single Premier League season.
