The Blues had done well to twice peg PSG back, but an error from goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen allowed Vitinha to make it 3-2 with 16 minutes left before Khvicha Kvaratskhelia climbed off the bench to fire in two more goals in the closing minutes.
That 5-2 defeat has left PSG overwhelming favourites to reach the quarter-finals, and we can’t see the holders slipping up at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea head into the match on the back of a damaging home defeat to Newcastle , whereas PSG have had extra time to prepare after their game against Nantes was postponed.
