Fallon Sherrock is being backed to win the World Darts Championship and make more history at Ally Pally next month.
The Queen of Ally Pally is now 200/1 from 500/1 to continue her terrific form as she returns to the stage on December 19th against Steve ‘The Bronzed Adonis’ Beaton.
Sherrock is the 4/5 favourite to book her spot into the second-round while Beaton, who makes history himself by playing is his 31st World Darts Championship, is 21/20.
Our traders reported that ‘The Iceman’ Gerwyn Price has been eased slightly out to 4/1 from 7/2 meaning he shares joint favouritism with Michael van Gerwen.
Price is the main attraction on Wednesday, December 15th and could face his Welsh compatriot Jonny Clayton at the quarter-final stage with 'The Ferret' 7/1 to continue his purple patch on the darts scene.
Previous winners of the Sid Waddell trophy include Peter Wright (7/1), Rob Cross (22/1), Gary Anderson (40/1) and Adrian Lewis (150/1).
It’s 5/6 for a 9-dart finish to be hit with James Wade (40/1) hitting one last year. Dirk van Duijvenbode hit a 170-checkout last year and is 3/1 to do it again with his outright chances rated at 66/1.
It was 5/4 for Michael van Gerwen OR Gerwyn Price to win the tournament but that has now been boosted to 7/4.
