FA Cup Predictions: 4th Round ACCA
Aston Villa vs Newcastle
Aston Villa to beat Newcastle 1-0, 2-0 or 2-1 @ 14/5
Villa and Newcastle head into their all- Premier League FA Cup clash at Villa Park having both picked up morale-boosting wins in midweek.
Unai Emery’s Villa won for the first time in three matches and moved five points clear of fourth-placed Manchester United thanks to a late winner against Brighton , while the Magpies beat Spurs 2-1 for their first victory in six outings.
The two clubs are among the most successful teams in FA Cup history, winning the competition 13 times between them, but their last successes both came back in the 1950s.
Leeds vs Birmingham
Leeds to beat Birmingham with under 3.5 goals in total @ 21/10
Birmingham welcome Leeds on the back of an eight-match unbeaten run while they have not lost at St Andrew's since mid-October.
The Blues have also recorded three 1-0 wins in their last four home meetings with Leeds - United winning the other 5-4 in 2019 when a 16-year-old Jude Bellingham scored for Birmingham - but the Premier League side are in decent form themselves.
Daniel Farke’s team recovered from two goals down to draw at Chelsea in midweek and have only lost twice in 14 games as they edge closer to top-flight safety.
Wolves vs Grimsby
Wolves to qualify in normal time @ 2/5
Grimsby famously claimed Manchester United's scalp in the Carabao Cup at the start of the season and will now look to add Premier League strugglers Wolves to their collection.
The in-form League Two side are unbeaten since Christmas, winning six of nine games, and Jaze Kabia is looking a particular threat having struck half of their 10 goals so far in 2026.
Relegation-bound Wolves picked up only their ninth point of the season with Wednesday’s goalless draw at Nottingham Forest and will look to the FA Cup to provide some relief in a miserable campaign.
Brentford vs Macclesfield
Brentford to win both halves against Macclesfield @ 11/8
Macclesfield produced one of the greatest FA Cup shocks in the third round in knocking out holders Crystal Palace 2-1 and now have Brentford in their sights.
The sixth-tier Silkmen are in good form, winning four of five National League North games since beating the Eagles and have been making the most of a six-game run of home fixtures.
Brentford have only reached the fifth round once in the last 20 years - in 2019 - but they are doing well under Keith Andrews and can take confidence from their 5-0 demolition of Grimsby in what was a potential Carabao Cup banana skin earlier this season.
Southampton vs Leicester
Southampton to beat Leicester on penalties @ 10/1
Southampton and Leicester do battle again in the FA Cup just four days after producing one of the games of the Championship season.
The Foxes looked set to record their first win in six matches after racing into a 3-0 lead inside half-an-hour at the King Power Stadium , but the visiting Saints struck four times in the final 30 minutes to snatch a remarkable 4-3 victory.
That was Southampton’s fourth win in five games and, having also beaten Leicester 3-0 at home earlier this season, they will hope to complete a hat-trick over the Foxes this weekend.
