Feyenoord to Draw with Celtic

Feyenoord and Celtic may be second in their respective domestic leagues but they are finding life in Europe a real struggle ahead of Thursday's clash, a repeat of the 1970 European Cup final which the Dutch side won 2-1 .

The Rotterdammers are 29th in the standings with three points from four games while managerless Celtic are just two places and one point better off.

Feyenoord have also lost four of their last five matches after a flying start to the season so the Hoops , who have won four out of five under interim boss Martin O’Neill , will be looking to take advantage.

Nottingham Forest to Beat Malmo and BTTS

Nottingham Forest host Malmo in a clash that will invoke memories of the 1979 European Cup final when a Trevor Francis goal saw the English side win the competition for the first time.

Neither club are at that lofty level any more but Forest at least look to be heading in the right direction under Sean Dyche , with victories over Leeds and Liverpool in their last two matches.

Crystal Palace face arguably their toughest test of the Conference League league phase when they face unbeaten Strasbourg at the Stade de la Meinau .

The French outfit have seven points from a possible nine and boast a formidable home record in all competitions, with their only defeat in eight games being a 2-1 loss in which Marseille scored twice late on.

They won’t be relishing the visit of ninth-placed Palace , though. Oliver Glasner ’s Eagles are unbeaten in five matches since losing 1-0 at Premier League leaders Arsenal , winning four, and have kept four clean sheets in that run.
