Look Mum, No Computer Buffers in the Betting

The United Kingdom is only being given an outside chance of ending their long wait for Eurovision glory, according to the oddsmakers, with this year’s entry priced at 66/1 with BOYLE Sports to win the 2026 contest in Vienna.

The UK will be represented by YouTuber Sam Battle, better known by his online alias Look Mum No Computer, with his track Eins, Zwei, Drei.

As one of the ‘big four’, the UK is guaranteed a place in the Grand Final on Saturday, 16 th May, avoiding the peril of the semi-finals next week. However, the betting suggests it could be another year of disappointment as the UK looks to secure a first Eurovision victory since Katrina and the Waves triumphed in 1997.

At the top of the market, Finland lead the way as 6/5 favourites, with Greece (4/1) and Denmark (6/1) also strongly fancied to challenge for the title.

Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BOYLE Sports, said:

“If the odds are anything to go by, the UK could struggle to hit the high notes when it matters most. Sam Battle brings a unique electronic sound to the table, but punters think he may find himself out of tune with the frontrunners when the votes are counted.”
