Man United could have a £100 million Marcus Rashford dilemma on their hands according to former Red Devils star Dwight Yorke.

Yorke, who was speaking exclusively to BoyleSports, spoke highly of the 26-year-old Man United star but has said the club could have a massive decision on their hands if a big offer comes in for the Carrington product.

He also advised the decision-makers at Old Trafford to fork out £50m on a rising Premier League star and sees Harry Maguire as a potential fit for a rival team.

Man United’s £100 Million Marcus Rashford Dilemma

Rashford Sale Could Be Huge Mistake

I think it would be a huge mistake if Manchester United let Marcus Rashford go.

I think he is United through and through. He is coming off the back of a rollercoaster two years where he had his best season and then dropped off and missed out on the England squad, but I think it’s a wake-up call.

It’s a wake-up call as an individual to learn how this sport operates and that it has no loyalty to anyone. He has to put the work in now and keep his focus.

Yes, live your life the way you want to do it, but my advice would be to look at the lifestyle and the contracts, the fame and the fortune and know that it all came from football.

You've got to make sure it doesn’t go and take care of that side. That would be my ultimate advice because I've made mistakes, there’s no two ways about that in my career.

But I would say remember what got you everything, everything that revolves around you is because of your football and the excellent ability that he has shown at Manchester United. He needs to get back to being the tallest man at that football club again and he needs to find that fire in his belly.

He's got time but at 26 years of age, he's coming up to the very peak of his career and he needs to really get back on the horse and play the way he can.

He also needs to be happy in doing so because ultimately anything you do in life, if you're not happy, you're not going to succeed.

£100 Million Offer For Rashford Would Create Big Dilemma

Manchester United should keep Rashford, but £100 million would create a dilemma.

If it’s £40 million or £50 million then it would be nothing in the modern game and he’s so much better than that, with the ability he has shown us in the past.

If PSG for instance were to bid £100 million, it would really stir up the pot because that is a huge amount of money even though he is still one of United’s best players.

Manchester United Should Be in for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia This Summer

Manchester United absolutely should be in for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, you need to get elite people around the club and if you don’t have that it’s so hard to move forward.

You need those big names and the personnel to come in to really raise the standard. I don't feel that they're doing enough of that at the moment - but I don't think it's for lack of trying.

I think they can't attract the players anymore. And of course, not being in the Champions League, it's always a step back for us.

United need to be careful of that because it's happening too frequently rather than just the off year. United go two steps backwards each time we go one forward - they need to get back to having elite players.

Manchester United Should Splash £50 Million on Eberechi Eze This Summer

Manchester United should bid £50 million for Eberechi Eze this summer.

He has shown that he is a good player but hasn’t quite proven everything he needs to prove just yet. But if you look at his career so far he has proven that he is hungry for success.

It’s how I felt when I was young, you crave success and you crave to be at the biggest clubs. These are little traits that you look for in your players, not just the playing style, which is something I learned from Sir Alex.

You look for those who crave success, people who really want to work hard and be successful. He's been through so much when you look at his story of being let go by other clubs and then getting to Crystal Palace and now England set up.

You don't get into England squads if you're not a good player. It's your show. Little traits like that, seeing that is something I picked up from Sir Alex Ferguson.

He looks at traits in players that are hungry to be successful. But I think if United were to go and bid £50 million, that would be more than adequate.

Crystal Palace would be crazy to think that he's worth much more than that, Then the player would go to his agent and try to force the move through because, no disrespect to Palace, United is too big of a club to turn down.

He is the kind of player United need, he’s creative, he is brave on the ball and has ability, he would blossom, there's no two ways about that.

This kid is a really good talent and obviously United have already missed out on Michael Olise, there should’ve been a £100 million bid for both of them.

Chelsea Should Buy Harry Maguire to Replace Thiago Silva

Harry Maguire could sit out the last year of his contract and know he’s going to play at some point due to injuries, but United really need to be ruthless and get rid of him.

They have Lisandro Martinez, Victor Lindelof and maybe Leny Yoro, but Harry Maguire is in the position that he doesn’t have to go anywhere if he doesn’t want to.

The opportunity had passed to get rid of him because he so desperately wanted to be at Euro 2024 and he would have done anything to play. That was the time to move him so he could get regular football.

So that opportunity passed and he's still there. I think we need to freshen things up at United and bring new faces in and take the future of the football club forward rather than backwards.

Having said that, Maguire has shown that he is very capable of playing at the highest level still and elite clubs like Chelsea, who are trying to rebuild, might take a chance on Maguire.

He can clearly still play at the level and a fresh start might just give him that injection to really perform again for another year or two at that top level. So you never know.

I played until I was 36 so I'm never going to write someone off if they're still in their early 30s. He's still got the attributes to do that.

I think players do improve if the team is doing well and winning football matches, football becomes very easy to play. Football is only difficult when things are not going particularly well and then you realise who is really good and who isn’t.

With Thiago Silva leaving Chelsea, there's a gap there for an experienced player like Maguire to move into.
