Cheers big win
A Dublin punter is going into December with a timely financial boost after two horses upset the odds on Friday evening at Dundalk.

The anonymous customer struck the ambitious wager online via their BoyleSports account and confidently put down €50 each-way on two horses to land the spoils at the County Louth racetrack.

Dash d’Or was the first horse picked out at 12/1 and despite drifting to 16/1 before the off, it claimed victory by the narrow margin of a short head. All eyes then turned to the 8.15 race as the unfancied Bodak also drifted out to 10/1 from 11/2 before the stalls opened.

But that didn’t deny the hopeful Dubliner who watched as their selection got up by half a length to land the coup. They benefitted from the better prices and soon after they were able to log in and see their account topped by a stunning total of €9,980.

This win couldn’t have come at a better time so fair play to our Dublin customer for taking such a bold punt.

We hope the winnings come in handy over the next few weeks.""
