Chris Dobey vs Stephen Bunting – 7.15 pm
Player | Odds | Chance |
---|---|---|
Chris Dobey | 20/21 | 51.2% |
Stephen Bunting | 4/5 | 55.6% |
Before this season’s Premier League, Chris Dobey’s best finish was a 7th-placed one in 2023. This year he’s continued to struggle in the competition with only two wins from eight matches; his 3-point total has him 7th again and only above his opponent in this opener. In recent weeks though he’s been unlucky not to earn another win averaging 100.21 against Luke Littler and 98.79 against Rob Cross.
Stephen Bunting (39) is another back in the Premier League this time following a decade away when he finished 8th in 2015. He has also struggled through losing all six of his games and only averaging three leg wins per game. Last weekend Bunting lost 4-6 to eventual night winner Gerwyn Price but was unlucky not to get a win having averaged 102.11.

Luke Humphries vs Michael van Gerwen – 7.45 pm
Player | Odds | Chance |
---|---|---|
Luke Humphries | 8/15 | 65.2% |
Michael van Gerwen | 29/20 | 40.8% |
Luke Humphries (30) is a former Premier League runner-up from last year when finished runner-up in the Premier League table behind Luke Littler before eventually losing in the final to him 11-7. He’s currently second in the Premier League 1 point behind Luke Littler though he’s had early exits on the last two Thursday Nights.
Van Gerwen (35) loves the Premier League having won it in 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023. Though not showcasing the power-scoring he is capable of, he continues to hit the crossbar in the Premier League making the Semi-Final 5/6 nights so far. Last night he was denied a final place again losing 6-1 to Gerwyn Price who averaged a phenomenal 107.25 to his 97.58.

Luke Littler vs Nathan Aspinall – 8.15 pm
Player | Odds | Chance |
---|---|---|
Luke Littler | 1/6 | 85.7% |
Nathan Aspinall | 19/5 | 20.8% |
There’s nothing little about the achievements of Luke Littler on the darting scene and on his debut in the event last year he topped the table before going on to win the competition outright. This year he continues to be a force to be reckoned with 10 wins from his 14 games to currently top the pile again one point ahead of Luke Humphries. Last week he lost 3-6 to Gerwyn Price despite outscoring him with an average of 103.39 to Price with 94.10.
Aspinall (33) is also a former runner-up in the Premier League with his coming in 2020 when he lost 11-8 to Glen Durrant. He’s been inconsistent at this year's event though winning five games and losing six so far. Last weekend he lost his opening game 4-6 against MVG and only averaged 89.04 points to his 95.13.

Gerwyn Price vs Rob Cross – 8.45 pm
Player | Odds | Chance |
---|---|---|
Gerwyn Price | 3/4 | 57.1% |
Rob Cross | EVS | 50% |
"The Ice Man" is a former Premier League finalist when he was defeated 11-5 by Michael van Gerwen in 2023. Following a poor period Price looks like he’s getting closer to his best again particularly in the Premier League winning 7 of his 11 matches to put him third on the table following last Thursday’s victory in Nottingham when he beat Bunting, van Gerwen and Littler,
“Voltage” Rob Cross's (34) best finish in the Premier League of Darts was when he finished as runner-up in 2019 losing 11-5 to Michael van Gerwen. This time around he has struggled though winning 4/10 of his matches. Though last week suggests a return to form beating Chris Dobey by averaging 100.90 he then lost to Luke Littler in a power-scoring affair with Littler averaging 107.82 to his 103.88
Best Bet: Gerwyn Price Full House @ 15/4
