Luke Littler tops the list of BOYLE Sports World Grand Prix odds after the first-round draw was completed on Monday, with the defending champion a red-hot 4/7 favourite to successfully retain his title.

Littler claimed his first World Grand Prix crown last year defeating Luke Humphries in the final and begins his title defence against Luke Woodhouse in the opening round of this year’s unique double-in, double-out tournament.
Humphries is rated the biggest threat to Littler’s chances of two-in-a-row according to the early odds, with the sponsors chalking up the 2023 World Grand Prix winner as 11/2 second favourite ahead of a first-round meeting with Dave Chisnall.
The draw has also produced an intriguing all-Dutch first-round clash, as 2026 World Championship finalist Gian van Veen was paired with 2020 World Grand Prix runner-up Dirk van Duijvenbode. Van Veen is joint third favourite for what is one of the most prestigious titles in darts at 12/1 alongside Gerwyn Price, who faces Poland’s Sebastian Białecki in the opening round.
The tournament gets underway on Monday September 28th, with the BOYLE Sports World Grand Prix champion set to be crowned on Sunday, October 4th.
