TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the BOYLE Sports 'Shirt Swap' promotion ("Promotion") taking place at London Stadium on Sunday 5 April 2026 ahead of the West Ham United vs Leeds United Emirates FA Cup quarter-final match.
- Promoter
The Promoter of this Promotion is BOYLE Sports in partnership with West Ham United Football Club Limited. - Promotion Period and Location
The Promotion will take place on Sunday 5 April 2026 from 2:00 PM until kick-off.
The 'Shirt Swap' market stall will be located next to the Olympic Bell at London Stadium. - Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is open to West Ham United supporters attending the match on 5 April 2026.
3.2 Participants must attend the 'Shirt Swap' market stall in person during the Promotion Period.
3.3 This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over only. - How to Participate
4.1 To participate, supporters must bring an official West Ham United match or replica shirt from any season to the stall.
4.2 Training wear, non-match apparel, or counterfeit items may be refused at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.3 In exchange for a qualifying shirt, participants will receive one West Ham United 2025/26 Home or Away shirt, subject to availability.
4.4 Each person may participate once only. Multiple exchanges are not permitted. - Availability
5.1 Shirts are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
5.2 The Promoter does not guarantee availability of specific sizes or styles.
5.3 The Promotion may end early once all shirts have been distributed. - Shirt Condition
6.1 Submitted shirts must be reasonably clean and suitable for recycling.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any shirt that is excessively damaged, soiled, or unsuitable.
6.3 All decisions regarding shirt acceptance are final. - Recycling
7.1 All shirts collected will be recycled and repurposed by Birl into new apparel and accessories.
7.2 Shirts cannot be returned once exchanged. - New Shirts
8.1 New shirts are official West Ham United 2025/26 Home or Away shirts.
8.2 Shirts are provided as-is with no customisation.
8.3 No cash alternative, refund, or exchange is available. - Photography and Media
9.1 Photography and video footage may be taken at the event for promotional purposes.
9.2 By participating, individuals consent to the use of their image by BOYLE Sports and West Ham United in marketing materials. - Liability
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. - General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
11.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.4 If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
11.5 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
