Concerns have grown that the Cheltenham Festival could be in jeopardy following the outbreak of equine flu across the British Horseracing industry.

As a result of the flu, all UK race meetings have been cancelled until next Wednesday.

With the Cheltenham Festival just over one month away it has sparked fears it may be cancelled, however we have issued outsider odds of 25/1 that it will not take place this year.

The festival to be delayed or postponed looks to be a more likely outcome at 3/1 whilst the meeting to go ahead in the month of March is odds-on at 1/5.""

A postponement may see it edged out to the following month of April which is currently priced as a 5/1 shot to host the most anticipated National Hunt festival.
