Phill Anderson of the Racing Post has put together a Cheltenham Day 4 Lucky 15 in what looks to be a tasty multiple for the final day of action at the Festival.

Cheltenham Day 4 Lucky 15 Tips

Triumph Hurdle - Nurburgring

This race usually turns into a stamina test and one that has shaped like that will suit is Nurburgring .

He was doing his best work in the finish when third in a Grade 2 at Leopardstown’s Christmas meeting and he was unlucky not to pick up the front two that day. The Cheltenham hill will play to his strengths and he has plenty of racecourse experience compared to some of his rivals having achieved a useful level of form on the Flat last year.

County Hurdle - So Scottish

So Scottish was backed like defeat was out of the question when fourth at the Dublin Racing Festival and he may be worth giving another chance to in the County.

That was a big run, making his move too early but sticking around gamely for fourth and he remains well treated from his lower hurdle mark. The yard have already been in the winners’ enclosure this week with these colours and he should give a good account on ground he should relish.

Mares Novices’ Chase - Dinoblue

In the same colours as So Scottish, it’s hard to see how Dinoblue will be beaten if she brings her Grade 1 form to the table, despite having to concede weight to her rivals.

She got the better of Gentleman De Mee at Leopardstown over Christmas and that stablemate ran a cracker in the Champion Chase earlier in the week. She then followed that up with a second at the Dublin Racing Festival. If she arrives in the same form, this looks like her race for the taking.

Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle - Angels Breath

There are plenty in with chances in the Festival finale but one that may be capable of going well is Angels Breath at a big price.

He has become very well treated on old form and there have been signs of a revival in recent times without being able to get his head in front. The drop back in trip could be the key to him, with his peak performances coming at this sort of distance and the booking of Dylan Johnston is a major plus given the bright start the conditional rider has made to his career.

He’s another selection that won’t mind the ground and he can run a big race from a mark of 136.
