This year’s first ever Ikea Christmas advert has attracted support for rapper D Double E to reach the UK Christmas No.1 spot.
Fans of the East London rapper have backed him all the way down to 7/1 from 20/1 to top the charts this festive season after fans heard him voicing household objects in Ikea’s advert.
Ikea have been praised for using 'Grime' to soundtrack their festive marketing campaign and for approaching D Double E in particular.
Best known as a member of Newham Generals, D Double E was also in Nasty Crew with Kano and Ghetts before signing to Dizzee Rascal’s Dirtee Stank record label.
