We have launched a non-runner no bet offer on some of Cheltenham’s biggest races with over a month to go until the tape is lifted on the 2019 Festival.
Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker launched the offer five weeks in advance of the off, meaning that from 9.00am on Monday morning, customers can place antepost bets on the big races knowing they will receive their money back in cash if their selection doesn’t end up running in the race.
It applies to the four Championship races at the Festival, the Champion Hurdle, the Queen Mother Champion Chase, the Stayers’ Hurdle and the Gold Cup, as well the Ryanair Chase.
It was confirmed on Sunday that Apple’s Jade would be aimed at the Champion Hurdle after her win at Leopardstown at the weekend, but customers can now back her knowing that they will be refunded should she be re-routed to the Mares’ Hurdle, for which she is the Even money antepost favourite.
3/1 shot Presenting Percy is the favourite for the Cheltenham Gold Cup, ahead of last year’s winner Native River at 5/1.
