Leicester City were 3000/1 outsiders to win the Premier League at the start of the season but after their thrilling 2-0 win over Liverpool on Tuesday night, they are just 5/1 for one of the most unlikely triumphs in sporting history.

Manchester City v Leicester City, Saturday 12:45
I have tried to find a comparable sports winner in any sport and have so far drawn a blank. If Leicester avoid defeat at Manchester City on Saturday and Arsenal on Sunday week they will surely have to be considered serious title contenders!

Leicester, the leaders, travel to second placed Manchester City in the game of the weekend on Saturday lunchtime and can be backed at 5/1, with Man City 1/2 for three crucial points. Despite some blips on the road, the hosts have won 16 of their last 19 at home.

Sergio Aguero is the key up front for City so anyone backing the odds must confirm he starts before doing so. Leicester have failed to score on their last three visits to Manchester City but this is such a freak season you could have thrown the form book out of the window on many occasions!

Aston Villa v Norwich City, Saturday 3:00pm
Aston Villa are not mathematically relegated yet but failure to beat struggling Norwich City at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon will make it almost impossible to survive. Villa can take heart that they have won three and drawn three of the last six against The Canaries at Villa Park, but not from much else.

However 11/8 on a home win is tempting, as Norwich are really struggling at the moment and in many ways are as desperate for the points themselves. Canaries fans would probably take a point now, but they will argue they hadn't won at Old Trafford for over 30 years before doing so this season- so who knows despite their wretched record at Villa Park.

Liverpool v Sunderland, Saturday 3:00pm
Liverpool should be home bankers at 4/11 against Sunderland at Anfield having won five and drawn one of their last six matches against The Wearsiders! Those not fancying the short odds on may consider 23/10 on Liverpool to win and both teams to score at 23/10 as Sunderland, despite not picking up many points, have managed to score in each of their last seven matches on the road.

Newcastle Utd v West Brom, Saturday 3:00pm
Newcastle really need to turn encouraging performances into points and will be heavily backed at 10/11 to beat WBA, who salvaged a point against Swansea on Tuesday night but have not won in six on the road.

Stoke City v Everton, Saturday 3:00
Despite winning five of last their last nine, Stoke may be worth taking on against away draw specialists Everton. It is now seven draws from the last twelve games on their travels for The Toffees and 23/10 to make it eight from twelve looks the call here.

Swansea v Crystal Palace, Saturday 3:00
Swansea went mighty close to winning three in a row on Tuesday, and at 5/4 have a big chance against Crystal Palace who may have to rely on new signing Emmanuel Adebayor for any goals. A home win at 5/4 looks the call here.

Tottenham v Watford, Saturday 3:00
Spurs are beginning to look like serious title contenders following another fine win at Norwich in midweek. Despite home defeats by Leicester and Newcastle, which may in the long run prove costly, they have won 14 of their last 24 at home which is a very decent return.

Southampton v West Ham, Saturday 5:30
Southampton had to thank an heroic performance from Fraser Forster for their point at Arsenal on Tuesday. It is now four clean sheets in a row for The Saints and with other results going punters' way on Tuesday, it was a welcome result for the bookies. Southampton are 4/6 to win, while many might like 8/5 to win to nil. The Hammers won four of the first five on their travels this season but have since won only one of the last seven.

Bournemouth v Arsenal, Sunday 1:30pm
Bournemouth gained a huge three points at Crystal Palace to ease their relegation fears. They have a tough run-in but have picked up some crucial points in recent weeks and anything on Sunday would be a huge bonus. Despite failing to beat Southampton on Tuesday and only winning one of their last six away, Arsenal will be heavily backed at Evens to win at Dean Court. With Leicester at home next weekend it is a pivotal fortnight for The Gunners, who are now 5/2 for the title.

Chelsea v Manchester United, Saturday 4pm
No team has beaten Manchester United more than Chelsea - 16 in total - and they will be strongly fancied at Evens to do so again on Sunday, with Eden Hazard likely to be a popular anytime scorer at 2/1 having got off the mark for the season against MK Dons last weekend. However United won against the odds at Liverpool and played really well in beating Stoke 3-0 at Old Trafford. They are always great value at 3/1 and with Rooney in good form, 2/1 to score at anytime is likely to be popular in the anytime scorer market, as is Anthony Martial at 13/5.
